March 25, 2026 Spot Gold Evening Analysis
During today's Asian session, gold continued its strong recovery, opening with a spike near the $4,600 mark, with bulls actively accumulating positions. The highest point reached $4,605. During the European session, bullish momentum showed some convergence, with gold prices oscillating in the $4,530-$4,580 range as bulls took profits, entering a strong consolidation phase in the short term. Overall, the Asian session showed strong rallying and the European session showed high-level oscillation, with the intraday bullish trend solid and strong buying support.
Signs of easing in the Middle East situation have emerged, with market risk aversion cooling somewhat and funds flowing back from crude oil to gold. The Fed's maintenance of high interest rates and delayed rate-cutting pace continue to be digested, with the US dollar index showing limited volatility and the 10-year US Treasury yield declining slightly, temporarily easing pressure on gold. Global central bank gold purchase demand and geopolitical risks that haven't fully receded provide support for gold prices.
On the daily chart, the rebound continues with solid support from short-term moving averages and strong bullish momentum. In the short term, pay attention to the $4,600 psychological level and previous resistance near $4,620; a breakthrough could target $4,650. Support below looks toward the $4,520-$4,540 zone, which is the lower end of the European session oscillation range; a breakdown could weaken short-term strength. The MACD indicator shows continued red momentum bars, and RSI is in the bullish zone, with bulls in advantage short-term.
Evening suggestion: Light positions can accumulate on pullbacks to around $4,520-$4,540 in batches, targeting around $4,580-$4,600, with key focus on $4,600 breakout; if it holds, light position chasing higher can target $4,630-$4,650. Stop loss around $4,510, strictly control position sizing, avoid chasing rallies, and monitor evening US session data and fund flow changes.
