The winner is the one whose token was bought more of during the round in a pair with $MDAO, i.e., whose pool of $MDAO tokens is higher.
Position security:
These are not futures or bets. The user simply exchanges their $MDAO for a meme token and back at any time. All coins remain in the user's personal wallet.
What happens if you lose?
If the selected meme token loses the round, the user loses nothing. The tokens are not burned. You simply need to wait a few rounds until that same fighter wins the next match and lock in profits from the price increase. A full withdrawal back to $MDAO is available at any moment.
Deflationary mechanism upon victory:
Each transaction incurs a 5% battle fee, which goes into the platform's treasury. At the end of the round, the losing meme token's treasury is automatically sold to buy back the winner's tokens, and 99% of the winning tokens from the treasury are burned forever 🔥 Fewer tokens on the market means a higher meme token price, which is a plus for $MDAO holders.
