On March 24, Invesco, with assets under management of $22 billion, will take over Superstate's $900 million tokenized US Treasury fund USTB and will be renamed "Invesco Short Duration US Government Securities Fund" in the future. The fund will be managed by Superstate for trading technology and by Invesco for investment management, with the transition expected to be completed in Q2 2026.
