We respected the bottom trendline of the bear flag, which confirms that the bearish breakout was valid.
These EQLs were bound to get taken out, and we eventually swept them at the start of the week. My base scenario for the rest of the week remains the same as before. I'm looking for a move down into the 58k-54k region by the end of the month.
This bear flag can accelerate the move if volume continues to pick up. Other than that, I'm not interested in taking any longs or shorts until the month closes as I believe we'll get a lot of scalp opportunities starting from next month once Wave 5 is complete because the ABC corrective phase is usually a scalper's paradise.
