According to Golden Finance, on May 13, China’s offshore CNH HIBOR rates remained largely steady. One-year HIBOR rose to 1.69909%, pulling away from a one-week low, while overnight HIBOR declined 4 basis points to 1.37152%. One-week and two-week HIBOR rates held flat at 1.43606%.
