According to Jin10 Data citing China's National Energy Administration, the country's power market completed 588.3 billion kWh of electricity trading in April 2026, representing a 25.5% increase year-over-year. Intra-provincial trading accounted for 473 billion kWh (up 29.4%), while inter-provincial and inter-regional trading totaled 115.3 billion kWh (up 11.9%).
