CME Federal Reserve Watch Shows 95.2% Probability of No Rate Change in June

According to CME Federal Reserve Watch data, the Federal Reserve has a 95.2% probability of maintaining interest rates unchanged in June, with a 4.8% probability of a 25 basis point rate cut. For July, the probability of holding rates steady stands at 92.2%, while the probability of a 25 basis point cut rises to 7.7%. By September, the likelihood of no rate change declines to 86.1%, with the probability of a 25 basis point cut increasing to 13.2%.
