CNH HIBOR One-Year Rate Hits Record Low of 1.66758% on May 28

According to Jin10 Data, on May 28, one-year offshore Chinese yuan interbank offered rate (CNH HIBOR) fell to 1.66758%, marking a record low since records began. One-week HIBOR dropped to 1.30000% and two-week HIBOR declined to 1.33970%, both hitting their lowest levels since August 1, 2025. Overnight HIBOR, however, rose 10 basis points to 1.13939%, moving away from three-week lows.
