The Czech Health Ministry announced on May 20 that the country would receive a U.S. doctor who had contact with an Ebola virus patient, following a request from the U.S. government. The doctor, who was exposed to an infected individual in Uganda, currently shows no symptoms and is not a confirmed case. The Czech reception is precautionary and involves quarantine observation. The doctor will arrive in Prague by special aircraft and be transferred to an isolated hospital facility.
