European Stocks Fall on May 12, DAX30 Down 1.66%; U.S. Indices Show Mixed Performance

According to Jin10 Data, on May 12, European stock markets declined broadly at the close. Germany’s DAX30 fell 1.66% to 23,951.07, Spain’s IBEX35 dropped 1.62% to 17,563.50, and Italy’s FTSE MIB declined 1.37% to 48,985.50. France’s CAC40 lost 0.95% to 7,979.92.

U.S. markets showed mixed results. The Dow Jones rose 0.11% to 49,760.56, while the S&P 500 fell 0.16% to 7,400.96 and the Nasdaq Composite declined 0.71% to 26,088.20. Asian markets also posted modest declines, with China’s Shanghai Composite down 0.25% and Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index off 0.22%.
