According to Heineken's official statement on May 22, current CEO and Executive Board Chair Dolf van den Brink will end his tenure on May 31. The search for his successor is progressing well and is expected to be completed shortly. Pending the official appointment of van den Brink's replacement, Heineken will maintain its current Executive Board structure, with CFO Harold van den Broek serving as the sole member. The company has decided not to appoint an interim CEO during this transition.
