Strategy, led by Michael Saylor, led the purchases with 56,235 BTC acquired in April, primarily funded through ATM financing using STRC and MSTR shares. STRC secured $3.3 billion in financing between April 1 and May 3, representing approximately 80 percent of Strategy’s total $4.1 billion in ATM financing during the same period.
