Kalshi Hits $22 Billion Valuation After $1 Billion Series F Raise Led by Coatue

Kalshi reached a $22 billion valuation on Thursday after raising $1 billion in a Series F round led by Coatue, according to the company’s statement. The round also included participation from Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, IVP, Paradigm, Morgan Stanley, and ARK Invest. The funding marks the prediction market platform’s third raise in seven months. Institutional trading volume surged 800% over the past six months, with annualized trading volume rising from $52 billion to $178 billion. Kalshi accounts for more than 90% of U.S. prediction market activity.
