Nasdaq-Listed Alpha Compute Acquires 60% Stake in GAMEE for $11 Million

According to ChainCatcher, Nasdaq-listed Alpha Compute has completed its majority stake acquisition of gaming and digital rewards platform GAMEE from Animoca Brands for approximately $11 million. The deal grants Alpha Compute 60% control with an implied valuation of $18 million. Following the transaction, Alpha Compute will establish a new division, Alpha Games, to focus on AI gaming.
