REAL Technologies Inc. signed its first securities tokenization agreement with EU-regulated broker Factori AD today (May 22, 2026), activating an institutional pipeline of more than $100 million in client assets. The pilot deployment involves 5 million equity derivative warrants linked to Alpha Bulgaria AD, valued at approximately 2.75 euros each, to be tokenized via REAL Finance's infrastructure. Factori AD will manage regulated brokerage operations including KYC, AML compliance, and custody, while international securities are held through Bank of New York and Bulgarian securities through Bulgaria's Central Depository. The transaction marks the first live deployment of REAL Finance's infrastructure for tokenized regulated securities on an EVM-compatible blockchain before the company's Layer 1 mainnet rollout.
