South Korea's Tax Authority Selects KDAC as Virtual Asset Custodian, Launches Program in June

According to Edaily, South Korea's National Tax Service has selected KDAC, a digital asset custody company, as its official custodian and operator for seized virtual assets. This marks the first time the government has delegated asset custody to a private sector firm. KDAC signed a service contract with the tax authority and will launch operations in June as part of the government's April-announced virtual asset management reform initiative.
