According to U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filings, Strive Incorporated completed the acquisition of 1,109 Bitcoin through a targeted multi-day trading program, bringing its total digital asset holdings to 16,500 BTC at a cost of $85.4 million. The purchase positions the Texas-based investment manager as the seventh-largest publicly traded corporate Bitcoin holder globally. The company funded the expansion by issuing Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock (ticker: SATA), which offers institutional investors a 13% annualized dividend.
