U.S. and Iran Reach Draft Agreement on Comprehensive Ceasefire Across All Fronts on May 22

According to Al Arabiya, the U.S. and Iran reached a draft agreement on May 22 that includes an immediate, comprehensive, and unconditional ceasefire across all fronts. The agreement also covers commitments to refrain from attacks on military, civilian, or economic infrastructure, halt military operations and media warfare, respect sovereignty and territorial integrity, ensure freedom of navigation in the Gulf, Strait of Hormuz, and Gulf of Oman, and establish joint monitoring and conflict resolution mechanisms.
