According to CCTV News, at a NATO foreign ministers meeting held May 21-22 in Helsingborg, Sweden, U.S. Secretary of State Rubio said there has been 'some progress' on Iran. He reiterated that Iran must never acquire nuclear weapons and stated the U.S. is working to address uranium enrichment and highly enriched uranium issues. Rubio also criticized Iran's attempt to establish a 'toll system' in the Strait of Hormuz, calling it unacceptable to the international community, and said the U.S. is promoting a UN resolution on the matter proposed by Bahrain.
