Gate News message, April 19 — Xizhi Technology announced on April 20 morning that it plans a global offering of 13,795,215 H shares, comprising 689,775 shares in Hong Kong and 13,105,440 shares in the international offering. The maximum offering price is set at HK$183.20 per share, with an additional 15% over-allotment option available.
The company expects the shares to commence trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on April 28, 2026.
