According to CryptoQuant analyst Axel Adler, Bitcoin has tested the $82,000 level three times in recent weeks but pulled back each time as short-term holders take profits rather than hold. The STH-SOPR indicator, which measures short-term holder profitability, has risen near 1 with each bounce before weakening again, signaling continued profit-taking activity at the key resistance level.
