Bybit Launches AI Subaccounts on June 24 for Segregated Autonomous Trading in MENA

On June 24, Bybit launched AI Subaccounts, a segregated trading environment designed for autonomous trading agents to operate independently from customers' primary portfolios. The feature confines AI strategies within dedicated accounts protected by user-defined leverage limits, capital allocation controls, and withdrawal restrictions, addressing operational risks associated with giving AI direct access to customer funds.

The product was developed with the MENA market in mind, aligning with regional government investments in artificial intelligence and digital assets, including the UAE's National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence and Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030. Initially available to eligible users under Bybit's CMA licence, with Dubai residents excluded due to local regulatory requirements.
