According to Beating, a business intelligence monitoring tool, ByteDance's Shanghai Xiahe Clinic Co., Ltd. was registered in February this year, with Wu Haifeng, a core executive of ByteDance's health business, appointed as legal representative and manager. The move signals ByteDance's renewed commitment to the physical healthcare sector after multiple business restructurings.

Xiahe Health is establishing an integrated medical service ecosystem combining online and offline channels. Online, the "Xiahe Medicine" platform focuses on AI medical technology research and operates "Xiahe AI Doctor" for intelligent consultations. Offline, physical clinics integrate AI technology into real clinical settings, creating a complete healthcare service loop.
