Centrical Raises $39M Series D for Workforce Software

According to Calcalist, Centrical, an Israel-based software company specializing in enterprise workforce training and performance management, has raised $39 million in a Series D round led by Leeds Illuminate and Kingfisher Investment, with support from JVP and existing backers. The funding values the company at several hundred million dollars, bringing total capital raised to approximately $100 million. The company plans to use the proceeds for product development and expansion of sales and marketing efforts in the U.S., including adaptation of its platform to measure performance of both human employees and AI agents.
