CFTC: S&P 500 Futures Positions Fall Sharply in Week Ending June 9

According to the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, as of the week ending June 9, equity fund managers reduced their net long positions in S&P 500 index futures by 5,095 contracts to 980,112 contracts. Concurrently, equity speculative funds cut their net short positions by 48,536 contracts to 437,047 contracts.
