Gate News message, April 28 — China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) has approved 690 industry standards, including the “AI Deep Synthesis Image System Technical Specification,” according to an official announcement.
The approved standards span multiple sectors: chemical industry (56 standards), petrochemical (11), ferrous metallurgy (81), non-ferrous metals (61), precious metals (4), building materials (61), rare earth (9), machinery (120), automotive (46), light industry (4), textiles (92), military-civilian products (1), electronics (35), and telecommunications (109). Additionally, one telecommunications industry standard amendment titled “Telecommunications Network and Internet Network Security Protection Classification and Filing Implementation Guide” was approved.
The MIIT also approved 28 foreign-language versions of industry standards, including non-ferrous metals (2 versions), rare earth (1), and telecommunications (25). The standard amendment will take effect upon publication.
