Cocoa Futures Rise 7.8% in New York on Monday as U.S. Port Inventory Drops 50%

According to ICE data, cocoa futures in New York rose 7.8% on Monday (June 2), the first gain in five trading days, as U.S. certified inventory at ports fell below 290,000 bags—a decline of over 50% from the previous week. London cocoa futures also rose 7.3%.
