Crypto Liquidations Hit $243 Million in 24 Hours, Long Positions Account for $131 Million

According to Coinglass data cited by ChainCatcher, crypto liquidations reached $243 million over the past 24 hours, with long position liquidations totaling $131 million and short position liquidations at $113 million.

Bitcoin saw $18.54 million in long liquidations and $30.68 million in short liquidations, while Ethereum recorded $32.96 million in long liquidations and $15.22 million in short liquidations. A total of 106,023 traders were liquidated during the period, with the largest single liquidation occurring on Binance ETHUSDT valued at $11.88 million.
