On May 25, Dongyu Xinsheng launched mass production of 120Ah ultra-fast-charging battery cells co-developed by Dongfeng Motor and EVE Energy. The cells feature 4C ultra-fast charging capability, enabling 10%-80% charge in 15 minutes, with production line automation exceeding 90% and an AI-powered quality management system. Designed for over 1 million kilometers of lifespan, the battery has secured project awards from Dongfeng subsidiaries including AIONEX (Yipai), AION (Yijing), and Fenxing, with ongoing collaboration discussions with Shenlong Automobile, Dongfeng Nissan, and Dongfeng Honda.
