According to CCTV News, an alarm system at Tokyo Electric Power Company's Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station triggered an automatic halt to contaminated water discharge operations on June 13 afternoon. The alert, designed to detect anomalies during the contaminated water transfer process, was activated, though equipment inspections found no actual malfunction. TEPCO is investigating the cause of the false alarm. A similar incident occurred at the facility on June 10.
