India Protests U.S. Military Attacks in Gulf of Oman, 3 Sailors Killed

According to Xinhua News Agency, on June 12, India summoned the U.S. charge d'affaires to lodge a formal protest over recent U.S. military attacks on oil tankers carrying Indian crew members in the Gulf of Oman, which resulted in the deaths of three Indian sailors.

On the same day, U.S. President Trump posted on social media that Iran's drone attack on Indian vessels departing the Strait of Hormuz was completely unacceptable.
