Israeli Forces Reoccupy Beaufort Castle in Southern Lebanon on May 31

According to Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant on May 31, Israeli forces reoccupied Beaufort Castle, a medieval fortress in southern Lebanon. The castle, also known as Shaqif Arnun, overlooks large areas of southern Lebanon and was originally built around 1137, according to UNESCO.
