According to Jin10 Data, on May 19, Jilin Province Governor Hu Yuanting held talks with PetroChina Chairman and Party Committee Secretary Dai Hougliang to deepen strategic cooperation. The two sides identified key collaboration areas including green energy, fine chemicals, modern agriculture, and biotechnology.

Specific cooperation plans include building gas storage facilities and peak-load power plants, advancing zero-carbon industrial park development, and scaling applications of green hydrogen, ammonia, and methanol.
