K25.ai Closes $10M Pre-A Round at $100M Valuation, Launches Series A Fundraising

K25.ai announced on June 18 that it had completed a US$10 million pre-A funding round at a US$100 million valuation. The Singapore-based AI-native livestreaming and watch-to-predict platform for Asia Pacific also launched its Series A fundraising efforts.

NewGenIVF Group signed an agreement for an additional US$4 million strategic investment, expected to bring its aggregate stake in K25.ai to 10% upon closing. Combined with NewGenIVF's prior investments in May (US$2 million) and June 4 (US$4 million), the company has now committed US$10 million to the platform. K25.ai said the Series A round would support commercialization, regulatory licensing, and expansion across selected Asian markets.
