Keel Infrastructure Plans to Issue $400M Convertible Notes on June 9

According to Globenewswire, Nasdaq-listed bitcoin miner Keel Infrastructure (formerly Bitfarms) announced on June 6 plans to issue convertible senior notes to raise $400 million. The offering is expected to close around June 9, 2026, subject to market conditions and customary closing conditions. Proceeds will be used for capped call transaction costs, data center equipment deposits and credit support, plus general corporate purposes.
