According to Taipei Times, Leadtek Research, a Taiwanese distributor of graphics cards and AI servers, expects revenue this quarter to remain flat or slightly higher than the previous quarter as AI GPU demand stays strong and supply constraints ease.
The company reported net profit of NT$107.79 million (US$3.41 million) last quarter on demand for high-end Nvidia AI GPUs, with revenue reaching NT$1.57 billion (US$49.7 million), up 69.1% quarter-over-quarter and 91.29% year-over-year. China accounts for approximately 70% of the company’s annual revenue; however, Chinese customers are delaying large orders due to policy uncertainty and inventory concerns.
