Meta CEO Zuckerberg Acknowledges AI Transition Mistakes, Pledges No Further 2026 Layoffs

According to Reuters, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg acknowledged that the company made mistakes during its AI transformation and will likely make more in the future. In an internal memo, Zuckerberg stated the company would provide employees with "as much stability as possible" and help workers reassigned to AI model training find new roles. He added that Meta does not expect to conduct further company-wide layoffs in 2026.
