Moscow Hit by Multiple Drone Attacks, Air Defense Intercepts 50+ Aircraft on June 18

According to Jin10, Moscow came under drone attacks on the early morning of June 18, with a shopping center and an oil refinery damaged. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said the Russian air defense system has intercepted over 50 unmanned aerial vehicles heading toward Moscow. Drone debris damaged a shopping center building with no reported casualties, and several drones struck a Moscow oil refinery.

Russia's main airports, including Sheremetyevo, have imposed air traffic restrictions due to the attacks.
