Russia Plans to Issue Yuan-Denominated OFZ Bond With Coupon Cap at 8%

According to Russia's Ministry of Finance, the country began accepting bids today (May 28) for a yuan-denominated OFZ bond maturing in 2036. The coupon rate will not exceed 8%, with bidding open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Moscow time.
