Russia Reports Cluster Strikes on Ukraine; Ukraine Claims 2,046 Drones Downed on June 5

According to the Russian Defense Ministry, on June 5, Russian forces conducted one large-scale strike and six cluster strikes using long-range precision weapons and attack drones over the past week. Russian air defense systems shot down 3,084 Ukrainian fixed-wing drones during the period.

The Ukrainian General Staff reported 273 combat engagements along the front line on June 5. Ukrainian air force, missile forces, and artillery struck Russian personnel concentration areas, command posts, and artillery systems, downing 2,046 enemy drones.
