Russia Welcomes Zelensky to Moscow for Talks on June 4

According to Peskov on June 4, Russian President Vladimir Putin's spokesman said Russia is ready to welcome Ukrainian President Zelensky to Moscow for negotiations if he is willing to hold talks. Earlier on the same day, Zelensky released an open letter proposing a meeting with Putin in a third country and suggested involving European and U.S. participation in the process.
