Satya Nadella Warns AI Models Absorbing Corporate Knowledge on June 14

According to Satya Nadella, on June 14, Microsoft's CEO warned in an X post that artificial intelligence models are absorbing corporate knowledge and could concentrate economic value among a small number of major AI providers. Nadella stated that AI systems are forming continuous cognitive feedback loops with human work inside organizations, raising concerns that proprietary expertise could become commoditized.

Nadella proposed a framework in which companies balance what he termed "human capital" and "token capital"—referring to employee knowledge and AI systems controlled by firms. He emphasized that enterprises should build continuous learning systems combining human input with AI capabilities, embedding organizational knowledge into AI systems through iterative feedback while maintaining control over intellectual property.
