SEC Approves Securitize's S-4 Registration for SPAC Merger; Shareholder Vote Set for June 29

According to Foresight News, Securitize's merger transaction with Cantor Equity Partners II (Nasdaq: CEPT), a special purpose acquisition company backed by Cantor Fitzgerald, has received SEC approval of its S-4 registration statement. A shareholder meeting is scheduled for June 29. If approved, the combined company will list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol SECZ under the name Securitize Corp.
