SpaceX 2x Leveraged ETFs Log Over $1 Billion in First-Day Trading, LeverageShares Breaks Record with $281M

According to Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas, SpaceX 2x leveraged ETFs logged combined trading volume exceeding $1 billion on their first day, June 16. LeverageShares' product accounted for $281 million, setting a record for highest first-day ETF trading volume since Bitcoin spot ETF IBIT's launch and surpassing products like ETHA and DRAM. Eleven SpaceX-tracking leveraged ETFs debuted simultaneously, with even the lowest-volume product recording approximately $26 million in first-day trades, far exceeding the traditional ETF benchmark of $1 million for a "successful" launch.
