Gate News message. On June 17, 2026, according to Gate’s official announcement, Gate has now launched the SAFE staking product. Users only need to stake at least 20 SAFE to get started; the current SAFE annualized yield is 16.74%.

SAFE staking is an on-chain staking product launched by Gate. It allows users to stake SAFE tokens to earn real on-chain yield. Per the distribution rules, after users stake on day D, interest starts accruing on D+1, and distributions are made on D+2. Interest is automatically paid out daily in the form of SAFE tokens. Users can redeem their earnings at any time; redemption requests will be credited on D+3 after submission.

The product supports unlimited staking limits for individual stakers. The annualized yield rate fluctuates daily based on users’ staking participation and the on-chain staking yield.
