Two Men Arrested for Operating Audi A6 Crypto Laundering Service, Handled Over $389M in Bitcoin

According to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Ruslan Igorevich Tkachuk and Alexander Vladimirovich Ledenev have been arrested for operating a cryptocurrency laundering service called Audi A6. Since its launch in 2021, the service received approximately 10,333 Bitcoin, valued at over $389 million at the time of transaction.

At least $19.234 million worth of Bitcoin came directly from illicit sources, including darknet markets and ransomware organizations. Coordinated international enforcement action has resulted in the seizure and freeze of Audi A6's servers, domain, and Telegram accounts.
