U.S. Pledges $725M Loan to Energy Fuels for Rare Earth Processing, Stock Rises 16% on June 18

According to the U.S. Department of War's Office of Strategic Capital, on June 18, the government announced a $725 million conditional loan commitment to Energy Fuels to expand domestic rare earth separation and metallization capabilities, reducing reliance on Chinese supply chains. Energy Fuels (UUUU-US) stock surged 16% in pre-market trading following the announcement, reaching $17.85 per share.
