U.S. Spot Bitcoin ETFs Approach $2 Trillion in Cumulative Trading Volume by Friday

According to The Block, U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs reached $1.99 trillion in cumulative trading volume as of June 11, expected to surpass $2 trillion by week's end since their January 2024 launch. BlackRock's IBIT dominates with 73.7% market share and approximately $49 billion in assets under management, while all spot Bitcoin ETFs combined manage over $76 billion.

Since launch, the ETFs have recorded net inflows of $53.9 billion. However, they have seen net outflows of $7.6 billion since Bitcoin's October 2025 peak near $126,000, with $3 billion in outflows this year including a 13-day stretch totaling $4.3 billion. Bitcoin currently trades around $63,750, down roughly 50% from its all-time high.
