According to Gate data, U.S. stock indices closed lower on Tuesday (May 19). The Dow Jones fell 0.65%, the S&P 500 declined 0.67%, and the Nasdaq dropped 0.84%.

Among semiconductor stocks, Micron Technology (MU) and Intel (INTC) each gained 2%, while Qualcomm (QCOM) fell nearly 4%. In the Nasdaq-100 China Index, JD.com (JD) rose over 2% and Ke Holdings (BEKE) gained 5%.
