U.S. to Issue Iran Oil Export Waivers Immediately After Memorandum Signing, According to Iranian President

According to Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian's statement on X, the U.S. will issue oil export waivers for Iran immediately after signing a memorandum of understanding, lasting until sanctions are terminated.
